This nationally recognized program is now available here in El Paso County. The best news, you can finance 100% of the hard and soft costs of energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation eligible improvements at a low interest rate, that allows for the loan payment to be equal to the savings created, meaning there are no out of pocket costs!

ELIGIBLE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE Any expense that will accomplish the following:

  1. Save Energy or Water
  2. Create Renewable Energy

These improvements can be financed with a special loan that will become a part of the property tax bill on your property, and stay with the property until paid off, even if you sell. If desired the buyer may pay off the loan. This loan can also be used for new properties under construction, as part of your overall capital stack.
