Since then she has gained experience in the management and construction of various types of real estate including Class A and B Office Buildings, Medical Office Buildings, Retail Centers, and Industrial Properties. Her Property Management career started at Empire Park in Denver as an Assistant Property Manager and Accounting Manager. She later had the opportunity to manage a 15-Floor Class A Building located in the Denver Tech Center. Cristine received her real estate license during her employment in June 2000. She then went into the management of multiple-types of properties and had as many as 150 tenants and managed a variety of properties across the Denver area. In 2003, Cristine was offered an incredible and challenging opportunity as a General Manager with a prestigious company that managed and owned Medical Office Buildings on hospital campuses across the country. Cristine was a part of the construction, pre-leasing, and management of the first medical office building on the brand-new Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center Campus located in Lafayette, CO.
