Our building has been working with Olive Real Estate Management Services since 2011. Prior to that we were an owner managed building. As a member of the board I can attest to what a relief it was to have all of that management taken off of our plates. Jennifer, our property manager, is easy to reach, efficient, and friendly. They have helped us to streamline our processes, make improvements to our building, and get the most we can out of each dollar we invest in our building. Most recently they helped us navigate the changes in the laws surrounding owner’s associations. I enjoy working with Olive and would not hesitate to recommend using their services!

I have been employed with Olive for over 5 years now. The negative reviews are not accurate at all. We have the BEST team that truly cares about our clients, tenants and each other! Some people are just angry and have nothing positive to say...ever!!! We value the business and we have extremely talented Brokers and Property Managers with years and years of experience.
