Whenever, Whatever I have ever been in need of, anything what-so-ever Olive R.E has always been there. Olive has done much for the city of Colorado Springs, making it brighter, yet still holding it"s historic history at the same time.

Our building has been working with Olive Real Estate Management Services since 2011. Prior to that we were an owner managed building. As a member of the board I can attest to what a relief it was to have all of that management taken off of our plates. Jennifer, our property manager, is easy to reach, efficient, and friendly. They have helped us to streamline our processes, make improvements to our building, and get the most we can out of each dollar we invest in our building. Most recently they helped us navigate the changes in the laws surrounding owner’s associations. I enjoy working with Olive and would not hesitate to recommend using their services!
