Paul Rubley is a Broker Associate specializing in retail, healthcare and land properties.  Since joining Olive Real Estate Group in 2008 he has a proven track record of helping clients with leasing, sales and development.  With his broad background in brokerage, land development, and sales, Paul is a valuable addition to the Olive team.

Before joining Olive, Paul spent four years at the firm Morley Companies as a project manager specializing in land development, sales and acquisitions. As a project manager, Paul was also responsible for many facets of the development process from acquisition, entitlements, construction, to marketing and sales.  During that time he worked directly with several local and national home builders, land owners, developers, and investment groups.  Previous to entering the real estate community, Paul honed his sales skills at Oracle in California’s Silicon Valley as a software sales account manager from 2001 to 2004.  During that time he worked with many Fortune 1000 companies including TiVo, VeriSign, Web X, EBay and GE.

Paul is a Leukemia (AML) and bone marrow transplant survivor.  Paul continues to give back by being a cancer mentor though Imermans Angels.  Furthermore, he plans to complete his first Team in Training event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society this year.

When Paul isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Joy and daughter Ava Rose and sons Graham and Jonathon.  He also enjoys hiking, skiing, bow hunting, and coaching youth sports.
