Alex Winsor

Alex Winsor joined Olive Real Estate Group in 2013 to help grow The Retail Group, a division specializing in retail and restaurant leasing, sales, and development. A Colorado Springs native, Alex brings deep local knowledge and a strong commitment to the region’s long-term economic vitality.

After earning his B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2012, Alex launched his real estate career with Holland Residential, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top performer, earning multiple awards as the Top Leasing Agent in the state.

Since transitioning into commercial real estate, Alex has continued to excel—receiving numerous CoStar Quarterly Power Broker awards for top performance in retail leasing and sales. He is recognized for his strategic insight, client-first approach, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic and competitive market.

In addition to his work at Olive, Alex has been involved in organizations that promote growth and connection within the Pikes Peak region. His community involvement includes the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, the Rising Professionals, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.

When he isn’t negotiating deals, you’ll find Alex spending time with his family or cheering on the Minnesota Vikings.
