Joy Allison

Joy Allison is a Senior Property Management Coordinator with over 30 years of experience. She began in the Multifamily world, gaining extensive experience in leadership, property management, and marketing while managing numerous properties. In 2008 Joy transitioned to Retail Commercial Property Management overseeing shopping centers as well as single-family homes. The depth and breadth of her skills as a Property Supervisor grew to include commercial lease administration, construction management, and dealing with commercial landlords and tenants. Today at Olive, Joy brings her leadership skills to a portfolio of Retail and Office properties working with a variety of owners, both local and across the country. Joy is a lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, with deep roots in the community. Joy spends her spare time with her husband of 30 years, 4 kids, and with family and friends enjoying the city she calls home.
