Lisa became a Commercial Broker in 2014. She brings her honest and creative approach, education, expansive networking, and commitment to deliver valuable services to clients. Lisa specializes in land acquisitions and disposition of sites sized from 0.5 AC to 200+ AC. Consistently driving sites, sharing market knowledge with clients, and a reputation for constant communication, Lisa is steadily becoming recognized as one of the regions chosen land specialist.
Lisa has had a diverse background in government relations and legislative policies. From 2011-2013, Lisa held positions in the Colorado Springs City Council, the Board of Directors for the Colorado Springs Utilities and Pikes Peak Area of Council Governments. Her tenure with City Council has garnered her specialized knowledge of the inner workings of the City and large number of associations through her many board positions and community work. The past four (4) years, Lisa has worked transactions successfully with financial institutions, home builders, school districts, developers, industrial clients, medical professional groups, property owners, retail users, and investors.
She has four (4) teenage daughters and in their free time they enjoy spa days, movies and playing with their dog Stanley. When Lisa is not working or volunteering, she is traveling the globe or running races.
