Since joining Olive Real Estate Group in 1992, Jim has gained the reputation as one of Colorado Springs’ leading real estate professionals. His broad background in corporate services, tenant representation and office development is unique to Colorado Springs and has allowed him to personally complete over 1 billion dollars in transactions.
Jim has extensive experience in structuring complex transactions including multi-million dollar corporate headquarter relocations, joint ventures, build-to-suits, lease restructures, traditional leases and fee simple ownership. He has completed transactions in over 30 cities nationally.

As Senior Vice President of the Peregrine White Company of New York, a leading tenant advocacy firm in the northeast, Jim negotiated lease transactions for corporations including Digital Equipment Corporation, Harris Trust & Savings Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank, the City of New York, and GRE Insurance Group. In 1987, 1991, and 1994, he brokered one of the ten largest transactions closed those years in Manhattan. In 1989, 1991, and 1992, he also brokered one of the top fifteen transactions in New Jersey.
A licensed broker in both Colorado and New York, Jim is an active member of the Colorado Board of Realtors. He serves on the Board for the Boys and Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region and volunteer for Partners in Housing, a Colorado Springs non-profit assisting the homeless.
