Ms. Richter joined Olive in 2018 and is focused on tenant representation, investing in income-producing properties, and developing hospitality and mixed-use real estate projects. Ingrid Richter became a commercial broker in 2008 after working ten years in the commercial real estate development industry. Since the inception of her career, she has secured governmental approvals for 15+ residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. Over the past 20 years, Ingrid has participated in raising over $150,000,000 in private capital to finance the acquisition and development of 25+ development projects.
Prior to joining Olive, Ms. Richter served as Chief Strategy Officer for The O’Neil Group Company, Executive Director of Catalyst Campus (an aerospace and defense technology campus) and Employing Broker for Paramount Group (commercial brokerage and property management firm). Previous positions include Real Estate Services Manager for the City of Colorado Springs, Development Manager for Oakwood Homes and Chief Operations Officer for Zephyr Development.
Ms. Richter currently serves as on the Downtown Development Authority Board of Directors, the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce/Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors, as well as the Trails and Open Space Working Committee for the City of Colorado Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Office. Ingrid was awarded Business Leader of the Year by the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and served one term on the City of Manitou Springs City Council from 2010 to 2012. Ms. Richter received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
